This wise Rwandan proverb could be adapted to Ishyaka's story as "one drop of water does not build a swimming pool." ISC has the determination and will to grow, but nothing and no one in this world succeeds alone.

Our swimmers have enjoyed multiple technical assistance trips from experienced U.S.-based swimmers and coaches, resulting in an exchange of best practices, new training techniques, and ongoing mentoring relationships benefit all parties. 


We would love to benefit from your experience and knowledge, for as little or as long as you are able.
